The school district now provides senior citizens with a "get in free" card.
The CISD Senior Citizen Card was specifically created for patrons 55 years and older and will admit the senior citizen to school events free of charge. A high school play, band or choir concert is some of the best entertainment in town and we want to make sure that all of our patrons have the opportunity to attend these wonderful events. 
With the CISD Senior Citizen Card, general admission to UIL varsity sporting events (i.e., varsity football games), held on CISD campuses, will cost only $ 1.00. 

Patrons can obtain a CISD Senior Citizen Card by calling (885-1791/(830) 221-2066), e-mailing Martha Miller, or writing the CISD Communications at 1404 IH 35 North, New Braunfels, 78130. Individuals are only required to provide their name and home address. The district will mail the Senior Citizen Card to the patron.
